Course Description
|
Learn how to build and implement Portals and Websites on the SharePoint platform
using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS). Understand the working model
of Publishing sites features such as master pages, page layouts, field controls
and custom workflows. The course will also focus on branding SharePoint sites and
portals like how to create custom themes, custom site templates and custom site
definitions. Use XSLT to customize the search results and the results returned by
the content query web part. Technology like such as content deployment, support
for multilingual sites (variations) and types of caching offered are to be reviewed.
