Internal Project Workspace and Reporting
A leading construction company has real estate projects of various sizes across
US. The people resources and materials required for the projects vary based on the
nature of construction (Residential, Commercial or Building maintenance). The construction
managers had a tough time managing various projects, obtaining an overview and status
update on these projects. SAI Workspace Suite framework was used to implement the Project Workspace, which provisioned separate Sites for individual projects, Dashboard for Managers to provide rolled up view of all projects information, navigation and security design patterns for ease of use.
